Webasky, Inc. ("Webasky") provides the AI Website Employee. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.
Data we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, company). Conversation transcripts your visitors have with an Employee you configure. Usage telemetry required to operate the service.
How we use data
To operate, maintain, and improve the service. To respond to your requests. To meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Grounded answers
Employees answer only from knowledge you approve. Transcripts are stored in your workspace, isolated from other customers.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of vetted subprocessors for hosting, model inference, email, and analytics. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact privacy@webasky.com.
