Terms of Service
Effective July 1, 2026.
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Webasky's platform, including any AI Website Employee you deploy on your website.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for the content and knowledge sources you configure your Employee to use.
Acceptable use
You will not use Webasky to violate law, infringe rights, or attempt to bypass safety controls. We may suspend accounts that do.
Fees
Subscription and usage fees are billed as described on the Pricing page or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care.
Warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
